employment characteristics of the proposed Outpatient Center fall within the development <br />parameters assumed in the 1996 I . The total floor -area of the four Midpoint Technology <br />Park buildings to be converted to the outpatient clinic use (360,500 square feet) would not <br />change. The total anticipated maximum staffing of the outpatient clinic, approximately 670 <br />employees, would be less than the approximately 1 ,200 employees anticipated for the four <br />buildings in the 1996 EIR. Therefore, no further discussion of alternatives to the Project is <br />required . <br />6 . Location of documents. The Planning Commissi hereby designates the <br />Planning Manager o f the City of Redwood City, at the Planning Division offices a 101 <br />Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California 94064 as the custodian of documents and record <br />of proceedings on which the decision is based. <br />7 . The Planning Commission does hereby make the foregoing findings with <br />respect to the significant effects on the environment o the Project, as identified in the Find <br />SEIR, with the stipulation that all information in these findings is intended as a s ummary of <br />the full administrative record supporting the Project, which full administrative record should he <br />consulted for the full details supporting these findings, and that any mitigation measures <br />and/or alternatives that were suggested by cornmenters to the ]raft SEIR and were not <br />adopted as part of the Final SEIR are hereby expressly rejected for the - reasons stated in the <br />responses to the comments set forth in the Final SEIR and elsewhere in the record. <br />8 .
