Yahata, District Director, State of California Dept. of <br />Transportation (Caltrans), dated March 10, .7.998; .and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed and considered the <br />Draft EIR, the oral and written comments received, and the proposed responses <br />to such comments. <br />MOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION DOES RESOLVE AS <br />FO <br />8 <br />L 'fhe .Planning Commission does hereby certify that the Final EIR for the <br />Fourth Amendment has been completed in compliance with CEQA. <br />The Final ETR consists of the Draft EIR, the comments and responses <br />thereto, and the list of organizations and public agencies that <br />submitted comments on the Draft EIR, as described in the recitals to <br />this resolution. <br />2. The Planning Director is clireeted to present the Final EIR to the <br />Redevelopment Agency as the lead agency and to the City Council as <br />the responsible .agency, under CEQA <br />consideration prior to approving the Fourth <br />PASSED AND.ADOPTED on the day of May, <br />ATTEST: <br />Secretary <br />AK/DES:.5/7/98 <br />
