WHEREAS, the Project Modifications will not have . any signif cant adverse <br />effects on the environment, either dir ectly or cumulatively; and <br />WHEREAS, the City h as prepared a Second Technical Addendum to the Project <br />EIR `'Second Technical Addendum" 3, which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and <br />incorporated by this.reference, and which discusses the minor technical changes and <br />additions to the Project; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to State California Environmental Quality Act C'CEQN") <br />Guidelines section, 151 the City shall prepare an addendum to the Project EIR if some <br />changes or additions are necessary but .none of the conditions .calling for preparation of a <br />subsequent EIR has occurred; <br />NOW, THEREFORE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS PLANNING COMMISSION AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are true and correct. <br />2. For the reasons stated in the Second Technical Addendum, none of the <br />conditions calling for the preparation of a subsequent environmental imp act report has <br />occurred, and therefore preparation of the Second Technical Addendum, as .an addendum <br />to the Project EIR meets the requirements of CEQA in connection with the approval of <br />the Project Modificat <br />. The Second Technical Addendum is hereby .approved, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution is .approved, adopted and <br />signed this Z day of k/Y4--,-,- and shall take effect 'immediately. <br />PL COI+�!IMISSION OF <br />THE.
