The PDP Amendment is hereby approved subject to the conditions <br />attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />The PDP .as amended by the. PDP Amendment (the "Amended PIMP") is <br />consistent with the General Plan of the City of Redwood City. The "Findings of <br />Consistency Between the Electronic Arts Master Plan Project and the General .Plan of the <br />City of Redwood City," attached to Resolution No. PC 96 -2, adopted June 19, 1996, are <br />hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference. <br />4.
