description of the Fourth Amendment Sub -Area is attached hereto and <br />incorporated .herein as Attac ent B". <br />Section . In the event that the expansion of the Project Area of <br />Redevelopment Project No. Z as proposed hereinabove substantially fails to <br />occur for whatever ..reason, whether because of litigation or otherwise, the <br />boundaries of the existing Project Area for Redevelopment Project No.. 2 as <br />established by Ordinance Nos. 1562., 1911 and 2007, shall remain intact. <br />section 3 . The Planning Commission hereby formulates, approves, <br />and adopts the "Preliminary Plan for the Redevelopment of the Area Added <br />to Redevelopment Project No. 2 (Fourth Amendment Sub- Area)," attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment "C". <br />Section 40 The Secretary is hereby directed to submit the <br />Preliminary Plan hereby approved to the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of Redwood pity. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6t day of , -Mai <br />�n (Michael Bursak) <br />ATTEST: <br />e etary Roland E.
