Dr. Bell presented outgoing Mayor <br /> Ira with an award of recognition. <br /> 6. PUBLIC COMMENT AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Brian Buntz, representing the Young Dreamer Network, said they are a nonprofit <br /> organization that works to promote community involvement and awareness. They have <br /> worked on an anti-bullying campaign for youth, called "Champions, Not Bullies," and <br /> they recently had a rally at the Fox Theater for middle school students in the area. He <br /> gave each Council Members a green plastic champion bracelet. <br /> M/S Gee/Aguirre to approve the Consent Calendar as submitted. Results of the November 8, 2011 General Consolidated Municipal <br /> School and Special District Election based on the County of San <br /> Mateo Chief Elections Officer Certificate and Final Official Canvass <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1.
