6.3.A. - Page 8 <br /> 42.9. Appeal <br /> A. Any person aggrieved by the actions or determinations of the Zoning <br /> Administrator with regard to a use permit, may appeal such determination <br /> or action to the Planning Commission pursuant to the provisions of Article <br /> 48 herein and Chapter 1, Article III of the Redwood City Municipal Code. <br /> The decision of the Planning Commission on such matters appealed to it <br /> is final. <br /> B. Any person aggrieved by the determinations of the Planning Commission <br /> on applications for Use Permits required to be heard by it due to the <br /> necessity for environmental determinations, may appeal such <br /> determination to the City Council pursuant to the provisions of Article 48 <br /> herein and Chapter 1, Article III of the Redwood City Municipal Code. The <br /> decision of the City Council on such matters appealed to it is final. <br /> Section 2. This ordinance is not a project subject to the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act. <br /> Section 3. The City Clerk shall publish this Ordinance in accordance with <br /> applicable law. <br /> Section 4.
