WBA assumes that SBSA staff will conduct the testing (inject the dye and operate the <br /> meter), and WBA staff would observe, record readings and document the testing. It is <br /> anticipated that testing will be conducted over a three-day period. <br /> WBA will analyze the test results using standard desktop analysis with Microsoft Excel. The <br /> Summary Report will be prepared to describe the testing protocol and the results of the testing. <br /> The Summary Report will be submitted to CDPH for review and approval. <br /> Task B.3 - P�olect Mana�ement <br /> WBA will monitor the budget and schedule specific to the CT testing and keep the City <br /> appraised of any events that would cause the budget and/or schedule to change. <br /> Task B Delive�ables: <br /> • Testing P�otocol <br /> • Surnma�y Repo�t <br /> Task C: Federal and State Funding Support <br /> WBA will assist Redwood City in obtaining State and Federal funding for the recycled water <br /> proj ect by participating in regional groups that are cooperatively seeking funds. Redwood City <br /> has previously been awarded State and Federal grants that have ongoing reporting and invoicing <br /> requirements. This task includes preparing the documents necessary to satisfy these <br /> requirements. <br /> Task C.1- Bu�eau of Reclamation Title XVI Fundin� <br /> WBA is currently providing the following services and will continue to provide these under this <br /> new contract to support Redwood City's effort to obtain Title XVI funds for the Phase 2 project. <br /> • Bay Area Recycled Water Coalition (BARWC) — WBA will represent Redwood City on <br /> the BARWC. WBA will attend the monthly Coalition meetings as Redwood City's <br /> representative, and handle the in-between meetings requests made by the Coalition <br /> proj ect manager. <br /> • USBR Contact — WBA will attend meetings between the Coalition and USBR on behalf <br /> of Redwood City, and maintain open lines of communications with Reclamation staff. <br /> Reporting and Invoicing for Grant Reimbursement — Redwood City received a WaterSMART <br /> grant in September 2011 for the recycled water project. The agreement requires semi-annual <br /> performance and Federal financial reports, due April 3 0 and October 3 0. At the completion of <br /> the proj ect final performance and Federal financial reports are required. WBA will prepare the <br /> semi-annual reports, final report, and quarterly reimbursement requests on behalf of the City. <br /> Task C.2 — IR WM P�oposition SO G�ant — On�oin� Repo�tin� <br /> Redwood City received a California lntegrated Regional Water Management (IRWM) <br /> Proposition 50 grant in 2008. The terms of the State Agreement require quarterly reporting for <br /> several years and annual post performance reports until 2021.
