JAH:mg1101/.26195 (PC- 1/40 ). <br />R E S O L U T I O N NO, PCB 95 -1 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD - CITY CHANGING BOUNDARIES of THE REDWOOD CITY <br />101 CORRIDOR REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, incident to its approval <br />by Resolution No . PC-9:4-.2 of the Preliminary Plan for the Redwood <br />City 101 Corridor Redevelopment Project, selected and designated <br />the Project area for such project; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commis s ion now desires to change the <br />boundaries of the Project Area by adding territory thereto and <br />removing certain territory therefrom; and <br />WHEREAS, the territory that the Planning Comm" .s:s i.on des Tres <br />to add to the Project Area lies entirely within the amended - <br />Surve y Area as most recently amended ' by Resolution Now 1.2302 of <br />the City Council <br />OW THEREFORE , THE PLANNING <br />CoMMI SS IOM OF THE CITE` OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE AS FCELOWS .: <br />SECTION 1 , The Planning. Commission, acting pursuant to <br />Health and Safety Code Section 33326, hereby changes the boundary <br />.of the Project Area for the Redwood. City 101 Corridor <br />Redevelopment Project The boundary of such Project Area as <br />changed by this resolution shall be that boundary shorn on the <br />"Amend.ed Project Area Map , l` attached hereto as Exhibit A and. <br />incorporated by reference herein, as the same is more <br />particularly described in the "Amended Legal Description of <br />Redwood City 101 Corridor Redevelopment Project Area , attached <br />hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated by reference herein.
