41.6 - Commission Action. <br /> A. At the conclusion of the public hearing, the Commission shall adopt a resolution <br /> making recommendations to the City Council regarding the proposed amendment <br /> and containing findings supporting such recommendations. The Planning <br /> Commission may recommend the amendment be adopted by the City Council as it <br /> was proposed or with such modifications as deemed appropriate by the Planning <br /> Commission or may recommend the proposed amendment not be adopted. <br /> Section 6. Sections 41.7 and 41.8 of the Redwood City Zoning Code regarding <br /> appeal of determinations on zoning code amendment applications are hereby deleted in <br /> their entirety. <br /> Section 7. Section 43.5 of the Redwood City Zoning Code regarding the <br /> effective date of variances is hereby amended to read as follows <br /> 43.5 - Effective. <br /> A Variance shall not become effective until after the expiration of the fifteen (15) day <br /> appeal period and if an appeal is filed shall not become effective until after the final <br /> decision on appeal. <br /> Section 8. This ordinance is not a project subject to the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act. <br /> Section 9. The City Clerk shall publish this Ordinance in accordance with <br /> applicable law. <br /> Section 10.
