The Public Comment and Consent Calendar <br />category is limited to 15 minutes of comment to be allocated as determined by the <br />Mayor. (G &E) in an amount not to exceed $307,914.00 <br />for consulting engineering services for the Portable Water System Seismic <br />Improvement Program, and authorize the City Manager to increase the <br />contract amounts up to 10% if necessary. <br />B. Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement for Susan Barnes, dba Susan <br />Barnes Consulting <br />Staff contact: Robert B.
