6.1.B. - Page 6 Exhibit A <br /> Timeline and Compensation <br /> • Consultant services will be provided for a total of approximately 624 hours $120 <br /> per hour for a total contract amount not to exceed $74,880, not including <br /> additional incidental reimbursements noted below. <br /> • Services will be provided for approximately 24 hours weekly (to be adjusted by <br /> the City and the consultant based on meetings, objectives and work products). <br /> • Additional incidental reimbursements including mileage (at the approved IRS limit <br /> amount) tolls, parking, not to exceed a total of $3,000 during the term of the <br /> agreement.
