SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED: <br /> Develop an Excel 2010 application that allows the user to select department budget spreadsheets in <br /> the format in Exhibit A and extract the data to populate the highlighted columns in the IFAS Budget <br /> spreadsheet in Exhibit B. The application will have the following workflow: <br /> 1. Create a folder (name and location unimportant). <br /> 2. Save the "IFAS Budget.xlsm" in the folder created in step 1. <br /> 3. Create a folder under the folder created in step 1(name unimportant). <br /> 4. Save the individual department budget spreadsheets in this folder. <br /> 5. Open the spreadsheet "IFAS Budget.xlsm." <br /> 6. Go to the "configuration" worksheet. <br /> 7. Push the button � located approximately in cell C3. Steps 7 and 8 only need to be run <br /> the first time or if you change the location of the department worksheets. <br /> 8. It will open a folder selection dialog box. Traverse to and select the folder you created in <br /> step 3 where you put the individual department worksheets and push the ok button. This will <br /> also save the location of the files for future use. You will see the location in cell C2. <br /> 9. Go to the "BATCH" worksheet. <br /> Process Department <br /> worksheets <br /> 10. Push the button located approximately in cell N1. <br /> 11. It should open a file selection dialog box showing the individual department files you saved <br /> in step 4. <br /> 12. Select one or more of the files by hovering over them and clicking the checkbox on the left <br /> of each file you wish to process. The checkbox appears when you hover over the file name. <br /> Once you've selected the files push the "OK" button at the bottom of the dialog box. <br /> 13. You will see that a new worksheet is created titled, "Processed_mmddyyyy." For each file <br /> you selected in step 12 you will get a dialog box saying it is processing it. <br /> The application will save each day's processing in the IFAS spreadsheet, allowing the user to run it <br /> multiple days without overwriting previous runs.
