BAAQMD FYE 2012 TFCA Funding Agreement <br /> ATTACHMENT B <br /> PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> 1. Project Title: Redwood City Community Shuttle <br /> 2. Project Useful Life: 12 months <br /> 3. Project Description: The TFCA Regional Funds awarded by this grant shall be used by City of <br /> Redwood City to fund the operation of shuttle service from the Redwood City Caltrain Station to <br /> the Redwood City downtown area and the Mid Point Technology Business Pazk in San Mateo <br /> County (see #6 below for route map). <br /> The service will operate on approximately 30-minute headways from 6:30AM — 9:30AM and <br /> 3:30PM — 6:45PM Monday - Friday. The City of Redwood City will provide the shuttle service <br /> using one (1) heavy duty vehicle with an engine that meets emission standards stated in Executive <br /> Order A-010-1277 or cleaner. The shuttle will have a minimum capacity of 21 passengers. <br /> 4. Project Schedule: <br /> Milestone Completion Date <br /> Shuttle operations commence January 1, 2012 <br /> End of shuttle operations December 31, 2012 <br /> Final Report due, per Attachment C March 31, 2013 <br /> 5. Project Goal: The goal of this Project is to reduce motor vehicle emissions by providing shuttle <br /> services, thereby reducing motor vehicle emissions, trips, and vehicle-miles traveled. <br /> 6.
