8. B. - Page 167 <br /> Mr. Lyon stated that the previous night the City Council took into consideration the <br /> appointment of a Planning Commissioner to fill the vacant seat. At the recommendation <br /> of Council Member Seybert were presented with a continuation of the process to further <br /> vet two additional candidates for the seat. He stated that they will be holding interviews <br /> with those members and the Council Members will determine if they can make an <br /> appointment sometime in mid- to late January. He stated that two were proceeding <br /> through and they needed four votes from Council Members. The two proceeding were <br /> Shawn White and Craig Robinson. <br /> Chair Borgens noted that that was a good process to take place because of the change <br /> that's taken place of the responsibilities to Planning Commission. <br /> Mr. Lyon noted that 201 Marshall will be coming forward on January 10 then 640 <br /> Veteran's on the 17 and on the 31S the AirGas relocation project. He stated there was <br /> a neighborhood meeting with AirGas the previous week so Staff is trying to get the word <br /> out early and extend the radius for notifications. <br /> 7.
