<br /> ulforinational purposes and are provided to detennine fl�e level of analysis required on a
<br /> particular project. This data does not, by itself, provide proof of a significant iinpact at a
<br /> specific location, it merely indicates that a project-specific analysis is wa�ranted to deternune
<br /> the actual e�posure for a given site. As stated on page 34 of BAAQMD's Keco�zrnended
<br /> Methods for Screeniyag and Modeliyag Loca1 Kisk and Ha�a�ds, "A refu�ed analysis is
<br /> generally more accurate since it incorporates site-specific conditions that are not accoLUlted

<br /> It is acknowledged that Dr. Clark's initial assessinent derived a higher exposure risk tha�1 the
<br /> City's analysis. Nevertheless, the City a�ld the City°s air qL�ality consultant respectfi�lly
<br /> disagree with Dr. Clark's conclusion a��d the methodology by which it was reached. A full
<br /> explanation of the City's detennination on this issue was provided in the Final EIR.
