Chapter 20, Article VII, Division 9, Section 20.186 (Permit or City <br /> Identification Required), is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> Sec. 20.186. PERMIT OR CITY IDENTIFICATION REQUIRED: <br /> A. It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any vehicle to <br /> occupy or remain in any space in the Police Department <br /> Parking Lot for more than one hour, except on Sundays and <br /> holidays, when signs are erected giving notice thereof, <br /> unless such vehicle displays a valid parking permit or said <br /> vehicle bears distinctive markings, or logo, or sign <br /> (collectively, "City identification") identifying said vehicle as <br /> City-owned or as an otherwise duly designated City vehicle. <br /> B.
