Powers & Associates, In�c.) <br /> This Amendment No. is entered info and effective as of the day of <br /> , 2012, extending and amending the agreement dated <br /> �F�bruary 28, 2011 (the "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> charter city and mun�cipal corparation of #he State of California ("City"}, and aavid J. <br /> Pawers & Associates, Inc, ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties") for the 2580 EI <br /> Camino Real {Mel's Bowl Site) Praject.. <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On February �8, 2011, the Parties executed Agreement far Professional <br /> Services; and <br /> B. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to amendments attached to and <br /> incorporatad in by referenee as Exhibit "A," Scape of Services and Fee. <br /> NQW, THERE�ORE, in cansideration of these recitafs and the mutual covenants <br /> contain�d herein, the Par�ies agree as follows: <br /> 1. In a�dition to thase services cantained in the Agr�ement, as may ha�e <br /> beer� amended from tirne to time, Consu�tant wifl provide those services described in <br /> Exhibit "A." With this Am�ndment, the total Agreement amount shall not exceed One <br /> H�ndred �line Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Five Dollars ($149,985). <br /> 2. City will pay Gonsultant for alt wark associated with those services <br /> described in Exhibit "A° on a time and materials bas�s not-to-exceed Thirteen Thousand <br /> Two Hundred Twenty Four pollars ($� 3,224}, far an aggregate amount of ($� 09,985). <br /> �onsultant wi�l pravide City, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficier�tly detailed <br /> #o include haurs perfarmed, hourly rates, and related activities and costs for appravai by <br /> City. <br /> 3. Consultant will complete all work described in Exhibit "A" by February 13, <br /> 2012. <br /> 4. All ather provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time ta time, wilE remain in ful� force and �ffect. <br /> 5. All requisite insurance �olicies to be maintained by the Consultant <br /> pursuant ta the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will include <br /> coverage for this Amendment. <br /> fi.
