Lee on Behalf of Deborah Jo Iverson. <br />Reject subject claim by operation of law. 303 <br />MINUTE ORDER o -oo <br />Discussion on Consent Calendar items 6.3 A and 6.3 <br />Mayor Foust announced that since this is an important community issue she would life to <br />pull the items and give the public a chance to comment. <br />Paul Powers, the developer for Peninsula Park, thanked the Council for its emphasis on <br />community outreach throughout this project. He was appreciative of the level of community <br />involvement, staff's work and the overall success of the project. <br />M/S Howard/Hartnett to approve Consent Calendar item 6.8 A. Motion carries <br />unanimously by roll call vote. <br />ills Howard /Ira to approve Consent Calendar item 6.8 B. Motion carries unanimously by <br />roll call vote. <br />Mayor Foust, on behalf of the Council, thanked Cllr. Powers for his commitment to a sound <br />and inclusive process. <br />For the record, Mayor Foust reiterated the Consent Calendar items that were approved <br />including all the resolutions and ordinances. <br />`.
