EXHIBIT B <br /> <br /> PAYMENT SCHEDULE <br /> <br />For providing the scope of services set forth in Exhibit A, City shall pay Consultant a <br />total fee of $14,000 that will constitute 187 hours of work and 10 hours of voluntary <br />donated time by Consultant. <br /> <br />The $14,000 fee shall be paid in four equal incremental payments on the following <br />dates: <br /> <br /> 1. Within three weeks of the acceptance of the contract by the City Council of <br /> the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 2. June 1,2001 <br /> <br /> 3. July 1, 2001 <br /> <br /> 4. Upon acceptance of the final report by the Office of Traffic Safety. <br /> <br /> <br />
