6.3.A. - Page 3 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY SCHEDULE AND <br />COMPENSATION PLAN FOR THE POSITION OF CITY ATTORNEY <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to its authority, the Redwood City Council periodically <br />determines whether to make adjustments to the City Attorney's salary and <br />compensation plan; <br />WHEREAS, the Redwood City Council has conducted its annual performance <br />evaluation of the City Attorney and wishes to acknowledge her contribution to the <br />organization in the performance of her duties as City Attorney; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The base compensation for the position of City Attorney shall be <br />retroactively increased by the sum of four percent (4 %) effective the first <br />day of the first pay period following August 23, 2011; and <br />2.
