B. - Page 3 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY SCHEDULE AND <br />COMPENSATION PLAN FOR THE POSITION OF CITY CLERK <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to its authority, the Redwood City Council periodically <br />determines whether to make adjustments to the salary and compensation plan of the <br />City Clerk; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council conducted its performance evaluation of the City <br />Clerk and wishes to acknowledge her contribution to the organization in the <br />performance of her duties as City Clerk; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The base compensation for the position of City Clerk as then in effect on <br />February 7, 2012 shall be increased by the sum of four percent (7 %) <br />effective the first day of the first pay period following February 7, 2012; <br />and <br />2.
