8.A. - Page 14 <br />Sec. 11.90 Notices. <br />A. Each state franchise holder or applicant for a state franchise shall file with the City a copy of <br />all applications or notices that the state franchise holder or applicant is required to file with <br />the Public Utilities Commission. <br />B. Unless otherwise specified in this Article, all notices or other documentation that a state <br />franchise holder is required to provide to the City under this Article or the California Public <br />Utilities Code shall be provided to the City Manager. <br />Section 5. This ordinance is categorically exempt from the California Environmental <br />Quality Act pursuant because it is not a project and there is not possibility that the ordinance <br />may have a significant effect on the environment. <br />Section 6. If any section, subsection, clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for any <br />reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion or <br />sections of the Ordinance. The City Council of the City of Redwood City hereby declares that it <br />should have adopted the Ordinance and each section, subsection, sentence, clause or phrase <br />thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, sentences, clauses <br />or phrases be declared unconstitutional. <br />Section 7. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force 30 days after its adoption. <br />Section 8.
