Consultant shall extend base map topographic survey 100 feet, measured from the <br />street centerline, beyond street intersections in all directions per attached location <br />maps. <br />5. Consultant shall use Redwood City Datum in preparing the topographic survey. The <br />City will provide the location of the nearest benchmark. Consultant shall use North <br />American Vertical Datum of 1988 (NAVD88). <br />6. Consultant shall use the City's standard legend for drafting annotations. <br />7. The City shall request As -Built /Record Drawings from utility companies (Comcast, <br />PG &E, AT &T, Pacific Bell, South Bayside System Authority, MCI, Calwater, and <br />RCN). The City shall provide the As -Built /Record Drawings to the consultant for <br />inclusion in the survey base map. If additional as -built /record documents are be <br />needed to complete the base map, consultant shall obtain the records from <br />corresponding utility companies. <br />DELIVERABLES: <br />Consultant shall deliver to the City, the following: <br />1. AutoCad Files <br />2. Two (2) sets of hard copies <br />3.
