6.2.B. - Page 2 <br />in accordance with the Agreement, the plans and specifications, and to the satisfaction <br />of the City's Community Development Department. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Council may choose not to accept the construction improvements, which would prevent <br />the developer from closing out this project and would be contrary to the provisions in the <br />Development Agreement. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />This action will not impose any new financial responsibility to the City at this time. <br />Future maintenance costs of the roadway, water mains, sewer mains, and roadway <br />lighting will be covered by the Public Works Services Department. Landscape and <br />pedestrian lighting will be maintained by the developer as previously executed under a <br />separate Landscape Maintenance Agreement (attached). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />As the lead agency, the City of Redwood City has determined that the action proposed <br />in this report does not constitute a project as defined by the California Environmental <br />Quality Act. <br />S.
