02/27/2012 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 15171 <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY SCHEDULE AND <br /> COMPENSATION PLAN FOR THE POSITION OF CITY CLERK <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to its authority, the Redwood City Council periodically <br /> determines whether to make adjustments to the salary and compensation plan of the <br /> City Clerk; <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council conducted its performance evaluation of the City <br /> Clerk and wishes to acknowledge her contribution to the organization in the <br /> performance of her duties as City Clerk; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The base compensation for the position of City Clerk as then in effect on <br /> February 7, 2012 shall be increased by the sum of seven percent (7%) <br /> effective the first day of the first pay period following February 7, 2012; <br /> and <br /> 2.
