The City Clerk is <br /> authorized and directed to transmit Initial ROPS, by mail or electronic means, to the San <br /> Mateo County Auditor-Controller, with a courtesy copy to the State Controller, the <br /> Department of Finance, and the Oversight Board. By April 15, 2012, the City Clerk is <br /> hereby authorized and directed to post a copy of the certified and approved Initial ROPS <br /> on the City's website. <br /> Section 4. Effective Date. This resolution takes effect upon adoption.
