A (Also see Minute Orders; 03-249, 03-250) <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on October 13, 2003. <br />Present: Council Member Hartnett, Howard, Pierce, Ruskin, Vice Mayor Ira <br />Absent: Council Member Jordan, and Mayor Claire <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />M/S Ruskin/Hartnett The Planning Commission recommends to the City <br />Council that it a) determine that the following amendments are in the <br />public interest and b) adopt the Zoning Text Amendment Ordinances as <br />follows: <br /> <br />a) Amend Article 32 (Supplemental Provisions) to conform to recently <br />enacted state law as it relates to the review and granting of density <br />bonuses. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 32 SUPPLEMENTAL PROVISIONS OF <br />THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING CODE RELATED TO DENSITY BONUSES <br /> <br />The motion passed by a majority roll call vote, with Council Member Jordan and <br />Mayor Claire absent. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
