EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> FAMILY SERVICE AGENCY OF SAN MATEO COUNTY <br /> SENIOR CONNECTIONS PROGRAM <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2001/2002 <br /> <br /> CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br /> <br />The goal for the Senior-Oriented Computer Training and Lab project is to help seniors achieve minimum <br />computer competency. We anticipate 50 persons (approximately 75% will be Redwood City residents) to <br />be served in the first year, beginning with enrollment in the first level. Of those, we anticipate that:: <br /> <br />1. 80% or more will complete the freshman level computer course as indicated by enrollment records <br /> <br />2. 90% of those who complete the freshman course will demonstrate the competency needed to access <br /> EDD's CALJOBS database as indicated by instructor <br /> <br />3. 30% or more will be referred to outside resources for enrollment in advanced courses <br /> <br /> <br />
