In the event that our review of the technical analysis indicates that additional analysis is required, ICF will identify the revisions necessary to satisfy BAAQMD requirements for CEQA. This scope does not include any quantitative analysis by ICF of air quality or greenhouse gas emissions. Noise Impacts ICF will utilize the analysis in the 2006 EIR and the Preliminary Transportation Assessment Memorandum to evaluate potential noise impacts that may result from the proposed project. Due to the relatively low increase in projected vehicle trips associated with the proposed project, it is assumed that a qualitative noise analysis will be adequate.
