One meeting will be held with the School District, City and the electrical engineering sub <br />consultant to review the plans, receive comments and obtain approval to finalize package. A <br />meeting report will be provided. <br />4. Documentation for bid will include the following elements: <br />a) Title Sheet <br />b) Existing Conditions / Demolition Plan <br />c) Electrical Plan(s) <br />d) Electrical Details <br />e) Technical Specifications <br />5. Provide a Final Statement of Probable Construction Costs. <br />6. Project Administration. <br />B. Construction Services <br />Following the completion and approval of the Construction Documents, we propose the following <br />Construction Administration Services: <br />1. Bidding Phase <br />a) Respond to contractor's questions during the bid period. <br />b) Preparation of addenda as necessary. <br />c) Attend and oversee bid opening. <br />d) Assist the City in reviewing and analyzing the bids. <br />2. Construction Phase <br />a) Attend and facilitate pre - construction meeting. <br />b) Work with the City on pre - construction needs, if any. <br />c) Review and process submittals. <br />d) Respond to Contractor's questions during construction, and preparation of related <br />documents. <br />e) Up to six construction meetings will be facilitated on site, considering weather and <br />construction practice. Meeting reports will be provided. <br />f) Project Administration. <br />PRODUCTS <br />The following additional products will be provided to the City: <br />A.
