The arantina of a densitv bonus. a concession or an incentive shall not be <br />_ interpreted, in and of itself, to require a aeneral plan amendment. zoning change, or <br />other discretionary approval. <br />E. Judicial Review. <br />An applicant subiect to a denial of a requested densitv bonus, incentive or <br />concession may obtain review of the decision in the appropriate court pursuant to the <br />provisions of California Government Code Section 65915 as that section may be <br />amended from time to time. <br />F. Fees. <br />Every proposal shall be accompanied by a reasonable filina fee in an amount as <br />may be established by resolution of the Council." <br />Section 2.
