6. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br />This agenda category is limited to 15 minutes to be allocated as determined by the <br />Mayor /Chairman. If you wish to address the Council /Agency, please complete a <br />speaker's card (next to agendas) and give it to Council Volunteer Art Balsamo (seated <br />to the left of the Council).
