Project Site, to furnish and file with the City Clerk and Agency Secretary a bond, <br /> deposit, or instrument of credit of the kind described in Sections 66499 et seq. of <br /> the California Government Code securing the payment by Developer of all bills <br /> for labor and materials incurred in the Work and the doing of all other work herein <br /> agreed to be done by Developer. The amount of said security shall be Three <br /> Million Four Hundred Thirty-three Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Dollars <br /> ($3,433,550.00)." <br /> <br /> 2. The minimum limits provided in Section 5 for the categories of insurance <br />listed below, are hereby revised to be as follows: <br /> <br /> Insurance Cateqory Minimum Limits <br /> <br /> Commercial General Liability $1 million per occurrence <br /> and $2 million aggregate <br /> for bodily injury, personal <br /> injury and property <br /> damage <br /> <br /> Automobile Liability $2 million per accident for <br /> bodily injury and property <br /> damage <br /> <br /> Professional Liability $1 million per claim and <br /> aggregate <br /> <br /> In addition, subsection d. of Section 5 is hereby revised in its entirety to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> "d. With respect to professional liability insurance, Developer <br /> shall require the engineer and its subconsultants who are performing design or <br /> engineering services in connection with the Work to maintain Professional <br /> Liability Insurance for a period of two (2) years from the date the City accepts the <br /> Work, which insurance shall provide coverage for claims arising out of <br /> professional services caused by errors, omissions, or negligent acts of any of the <br /> foregoing in connection with the carrying out of their responsibilities for the Work. <br /> The Professional Liability Insurance shall have limits of not less than $1 million to <br /> cover each insured, with such limits applying separately to each insured. <br /> Developer shall require the engineer and its subconsultants to furnish an <br /> endorsement or endorsements extending the reporting period for claims arising <br /> from the Work one (1) year from the date the City accepts the Work." <br /> <br /> 3.
