6. 1. C. - Page 4 AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO EXTEND AGREEMENT FOR ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE PROJECT 2011 (Cal -West Lighting and Signal Maintenance Inc.) This Amendment No. 2 is entered into and effective as of the day of , 2012, extending the agreement dated February 22, 2011 (the "Agreement ") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ( "City "), and Cal -West Lighting and Signal Maintenance Inc., ( "Contractor ") (collectively, the "Parties ") for performing electrical maintenance services. RECITALS A. On February 22, 2011, the Parties executed the Agreement for electrical maintenance services; and B. On September 6, 2011, the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement; and C. The Parties agree to extend the Agreement for an additional six (6) month term. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby extended for a period of six (6) months, ending on September 5, 2012. 2. City will pay Contractor for all work associated with those services described in the Agreement on a unit bid price basis not -to- exceed one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00). With this Amendment, the total aggregate Agreement amount shall not exceed two hundred seventy thousand dollars ($270,000.00). Contractor will provide City, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include work performed, unit bid rates, and related activities and costs for approval by C ity. 4. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will remain in full force and effect. 5. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Contractor pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, will include coverage for this Amendment.
