The Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) is the state <br />agency responsible for issuing the Form 700, Statement of Economic Interests. The <br />FPPC is also responsible for interpreting and enforcing political campaign, lobbying, <br />and conflict of interest laws. When the Form 700 is filed, it becomes a public <br />document and it must be provided to the public on request.
