In the interest of establishing a long term <br />relationship, we will absorb all costs required to familiarize ourselves with the operations and <br />accounting systems. Additionally, the Engagement and Compliance Partners will be available to <br />provide advice and consultation as necessary to the City. These costs will also be absorbed by <br />the Firm. <br />Total All- Inclusive Maximum Price: <br />} P <br />2012 $ 61,618 <br />2013 63,467 <br />2014 65,371 <br />Total All-inclusive Price $ 190,456 <br />The above All - Inclusive Maximum Price includes all direct and indirect costs including printing, out - <br />of- pocket expenses and an escalation factor for inflation. <br />Out of Pocket Expenses: <br />All out of pocket expenses will be absorbed by the Firm. Should it be necessary to incur out of <br />pocket expenses outside of the normal anticipated audit, we will accept reimbursement for travel, <br />lodging, and subsistence at the prevailing City rate for its employees. <br />Rates for Additional Professional Services: <br />We are hesitant to simply state hourly rates, as often times the needs of the client and the specific <br />tasks directly impact the billing rates for our services. We maintain a policy of flexible billing rates <br />and try to work within client cost - control parameters.
