6.1. B. - Page 16 <br />6. MONUMENTS. All pipes and monuments shown on the subdivision map <br />hereinafter referenced which are destroyed or displaced during construction operations <br />shall be replaced by Owner at the time of the final inspection of the Improvements, if <br />any, hereunder by City. <br />7. OWNERSHIP AND MAINTENANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS. It is agreed <br />that title and ownership of the improved public street, sidewalk, sanitary sewer lateral in <br />city right -of -way, and the water mains and services to the water meters, constructed for <br />the benefit of City hereunder by Owner shall vest absolutely in City upon completion <br />and acceptance of such Improvements by City. <br />The Homeowners' Association will own and maintain the onsite utilities, storm <br />drain facilities and pipes to the nearest public storm drainage system, the sewer system <br />to the nearest public sanitary sewer system, onsite landscaping, the Common Areas, <br />and in the areas between the back of sidewalk and the right -of -way line. The <br />maintenance responsibilities and other requirements are set forth in the "Declaration of <br />Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions of 333 Main Street ". <br />8. WORK SUBJECT TO APPROVAL. All work provided for in this <br />Agreement and more specifically described in the plans and specifications herein <br />referenced shall be subject to the approval and acceptance by the City Engineer before <br />the release of any security required herein. Reference is hereby made to (a) that <br />certain final map entitled, "333 Main Street Final Map 2011 -04," (b) those certain plans <br />on file in the office of the City Engineer entitled "333 Main Street Site Improvements <br />Package, dated November 21, 2011" and "333 Main Street Offsite Improvements, dated <br />November 21, 2011," and (c) those certain specifications entitled, "Engineering <br />Standards for the City of Redwood City ", adopted December 4, 2006, for a more <br />ATTY /AGR/2012.014 /SUBDIVISION IIMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT 333 MAIN STREET <br />REV:VR 01/30/12 <br />Page 11 of 14 <br />
