EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> Casa de Redwood <br /> Building Improvements and Replacements <br /> <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2003/2004 <br /> <br /> Contractor will use the funds provided hereunder for the advancement of <br /> programs which provide housing and human services assistance to very <br /> Iow and lower income residents of the City. Contractor will coordinate its <br /> activities with similar programs conducted by the City or with other <br /> organizations which provide housing and supportive services to Redwood <br /> City residents, and which are consistent with the Consolidated Plan <br /> Objectives to be met during 2003-2004.
