EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> Midpeninsula Citizens for Fair Housing <br /> Fair Housing Services <br /> <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2003/2004 <br /> <br /> Contractor shall use the funds provided hereunder for the advancement of <br /> programs which provide housing and human services assistance to very <br /> Iow and lower income residents of the City. Contractor shall coordinate its <br /> activities with similar programs conducted by the City or with other <br /> organizations which provide housing and supportive services to Redwood <br /> City residents, and which are consistent with the Consolidated Plan <br /> Objectives to be met during 2003/2004. Contractor shall collaborate with <br /> similar programs in order to maximize these programs and services, and <br /> the City's financial resources which are available to lower and very Iow <br /> income residents. <br /> <br /> Funding provided under this contract covers billing periods from July 2003 <br /> to April 2004. Requests for reimbursement must be submitted on a <br /> monthly basis. The final billing for April 2004 must be submitted no later <br /> than May 20, 2004.
