EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> Shelter Network <br /> Maple Street Shelter <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2003/2004 <br /> Contractor shall use the funds provided hereunder for the advancement of programs which <br /> provide housing and human services assistance to very Iow and lower income residents of the <br /> City. Contractor shall coordinate its activities with similar programs conducted by the City or with <br /> other organizatiOns which provide housing and supportive services to Redwood City residents, <br /> and which are consistent with the Consolidated Plan Objectives to be met during 2003/2004. <br /> Contractor shall collaborate with similar programs in order to maximize these programs and <br /> services, and the City's financial resources which are available to lower and very Iow income <br /> residents. <br /> Funding provided under this contract covers billing periods from July 2003 to April 2004. <br /> Requests for reimbursement must be submitted on a monthly basis. The final billing for April <br /> 2004 must be submitted no later than May 20, 2004.
