Increase number of Redwood City residents attending Family Connections from nine to twelve (from <br /> 25% of Family Connections populations to 35% of population) for FY 2001 - 2002 <br /> <br />2. Twelve Redwood City Families will attend Family Connections parent participation preschool six <br /> hours a week for eleven months. <br /> <br />3. Twelve Redwood City families will participate in the Family Connections literacy program. They will <br /> check out three books a week through the Raising a Reader Program; Family Connections will give <br /> each child books regularly for personal libraries; families will attend story hour at the Belle Haven <br /> Library once a week, and families will be encouraged to check books out of the small Family <br /> Connections lending library. <br /> <br /> <br />
