19. Uniform Administration Requirements. Contractor shall comply with <br /> the requirements and standards of the Community Development Block Grant <br /> Regulations, OMB Circular A-122 Cost Principles for Non-Profit Organizations, OMB <br /> Circular A-Il0 attachments A, B, C, F, H, N, and O, and all other federal, state, and <br /> local laws, regulations and requirements, as applicable. <br /> <br /> 20. Compliance with California Labor Laws and Federal Requirements. <br />Contractor agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth in Exhibit "C" <br />hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein and cause the terms and <br />conditions set forth in said Exhibit C to be incorporated in Contractor's contract for the <br />construction of any improvements described in Exhibits A and B. Proof thereof shall be <br />submitted to City prior to the commencement of any improvement referenced in said <br />Exhibits A and B. <br /> <br /> 21. Lead-Based Paint. The use of lead-based paint is prohibited. In the event <br />lead-based paint is found on residential property, appropriate abatement procedures may <br />be required by City. <br /> <br /> 22. Paragraph Headings.
