Box 391 <br />Redwood City, CA 94064 <br />Re: The triangular parcel at Maple and Lathrop Streets <br />Dear Ms. Moeller: <br />OCT --68" 200' - Ui <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />REDEVELOPMENT, HOUSING <br />AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />Per our recent discussions with Maureen Riordan, Towne Ford is interested in retaining <br />its ability to park on the triangular parcel at the corner of Maple and Lathrop Streets, <br />formerly The Beeger Property. <br />In exchange for our permitted use of the parking space between 7:00 AM and 6:OOPM <br />Monday through Saturday, Towne Ford will pay the redevelopment agency a fee of <br />$150.00 per month. It is our understanding that Towne Ford will be responsible for the <br />maintenance of the curbs, gutters, driveway and parking lot surfacing material, and <br />fencing within the parking area.
