In the course of negotiations with the property owners and tenants, Consultant wiil <br /> provide all necessary information to and work with the relocation consultant, or staff <br /> member, in order to expec�itiously and professionally complete the project. <br /> 13. A diary of all pertinent information and contacts concerning the project parcels will <br /> be maintained. <br /> 14. A written summary of the status of the acquisition of each parcel will be provided on <br /> a monthly basis. It is our normal procedure to discuss the acquisition with the staff <br /> on a more frequent basis, so that the Agency will be kept well informed as the <br /> acquisition process proceeds. <br /> 15. All executed documents on successfully negotiated parcels will be promptfy <br /> transmitted to the Agency for acceptance. <br />
