1 <br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> ACQUISITION AND RELOCATION PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br /> 1. Provide overall management of relocation program for compliance with Agency's <br /> relocation requirements, overall proJ'ect planning, scheduling, and coordination with <br /> Agency staff, attorneys, and consultants. <br /> 2. Representing the Agency in citizen group, ProjectArea Committee(PAC), and other <br /> meetings, hearings, and presentations. <br /> 3. Other tasks related to the appraisal, acquisition or relocation programs as may be <br /> assigned by the Agency. <br /> 4. Coordinate with Agency and other consultants, prepare requested reports, attend <br /> meetings with Agency, Public or provide other required acquisition related services, <br /> including preparation of public information brochures. <br /> 5. Subcontract for additional services that may be desired, including services that are <br /> included in this proposal. <br /> 6. Coordinate other aspects of the project as requested by Agency. <br />
