That Certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Construction of Street <br />Improvements (Bair Island Road Extension)" (form dated 06/01/98RRRR), by <br />and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, and Irvine Apartment Communities, L.
