EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF SAN FRANCISCO <br /> SAN MATEO COUNTY PROGRAM <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2001/2002 <br /> <br /> CONTRACT OBJECTIVES <br /> <br />With funding from the Human Services Financial Assistance Program, the International Institute will: <br /> <br />1, Serve 1540 individuals through consultations or legal services, 554 of who are residents of Redwood <br /> City. <br /> <br />2. Facilitate no less than two workshops in issues of importance to the Redwood City community such <br /> as changes in immigration law, access to education, immigrant workers' rights, and voting and civic <br /> participation. <br /> <br />3. The following services will be provided to these 1540 + individuals: · 1347 people will received comprehensive information during our drop-in consultation hours <br /> 115 people will received legal services that lead to family reunions <br /> · 77 people will benefit from legal services leading to work authorization <br /> <br /> <br />
