DES:djk n3/28/95 (061/27) <br /> <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 4/10/95 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12447 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF LETTER PERMIT AND <br /> REGULATING USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY IN CONNECTION <br /> THEREWITH <br /> <br /> (RUN BY THE BAY) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain letter permit issued to Sequoia Hospital and <br />the Port of Redwood City for the use of certain public <br />rights-of-way in connection with the RUN BY THE BAY on June 11, <br />1995, in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by <br />this reference incorporated herein is hereby approved, the <br />regulation of the public rights-of-way described therein is <br />hereby adopted pursuant to Vehicle Code Section 21100, and the <br />Chief of Police is hereby authorized to issue said permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
