· FXS:dft ' '31/95 (053/38) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 4/10/95 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12445 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION GRANTING AUTHORITY FOR ACCESS TO AND CONTROL <br /> OF BANK SAFE DEPOSIT BOX'S CONTENT AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF SAFE DEPOSIT BOX BANK CARD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a safe and fire <br /> proof location for the storage of the promissory notes and deeds <br /> of trust held by the City of Redwood City on housing <br /> <br /> rehabilitation loans; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The persons named below are hereby authorized to open a <br /> safe deposit box with Wells Fargo Bank, at the branch located at <br /> 2010 Broadway Avenue, Suite 200, Redwood City, California, and to <br /> have access to and control of the safe deposit box's <br /> contents including the removal of all or part thereof: <br /> <br /> - Vivienne Craig Housing Clerk <br /> - Debbi Jones-Thomas Housing Coordinator <br /> - Judy Somers Financial Services Manager <br /> - Barbara Greene Account Clerk II <br /> <br /> 2. Two signatures shall be required at any time to have <br /> access to the safety deposit box and control of the contents <br /> thereof. <br /> <br /> 3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> execute the bank safety deposit box card, a copy of which is on <br /> file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br /> hereby made for the full particulars thereof. <br /> <br /> * * <br /> <br /> <br />
